Jesse Grossman

Jesse Grossman is an established leader in the solar industry and has over 15 years of experience in project finance, emerging markets and renewable energy. In 2005, driven to transform the US energy economy through the rapid deployment of renewable assets, Jesse co-founded Soltage, an independent renewable power producer that develops, finances and operates distributed utility solar and solar-plus-storage project portfolios across the U.S. Jesse has served as Soltage’s Chairman and CEO since its founding, and has directed over $1B into solar asset investment through Soltage, which currently owns and manages a solar portfolio of over 400 MWs across 14 states.

Sripradha Ilango is the Chief Financial Officer at Soltage.  Sripradha has over 20 years of experience in due diligence, negotiations, and managing energy investments across capital structure on a global basis, and has invested and managed over $6 Billion in growth capital and distressed investments across global energy, mining, power and water sectors. She received her MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Robin Gray is the Chief Technology Officer at Soltage. Robin has over 20 years of experience managing complex, engineering, design and construction, infrastructure projects in the renewables and utilities industries. Prior to Soltage, Robin developed over 400 MWh’s of energy storage assets encompassing a broad range of fully integrated storage and solar+storage technologies. Robin previously worked for firms including Convergent Energy+Power, Consolidated Edison of New York and Atkins Global. Robin received a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and has served as a technical interconnection Subject Matter Expert for the IEEE1547 Standards Working Group and the New York State Interconnection Technical Working Group.

Mihir Mehta is the Chief Investment Officer. Mihir has over 15 years of experience in principal investing and portfolio management. Prior to joining Soltage, Mihir worked at GE Energy Financial Services in Stamford, CT where he helped manage a $3Bln portfolio of project finance debt investments across thermal and renewable power projects. Prior to GE, Mihir worked at Liberty Mutual in Boston where he analyzed Equity and Debt investments across multiple sectors. He has also worked in public markets investing at a hedge fund and helped start a global investment management firm. Mihir holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University and a Bachelors in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.

Prior to joining Soltage, Chaim worked as an associate at Goldfarb Seligman & Co, where he represented global companies in cross-border M&A transactions across a diverse range of industries. Chaim earned his LLB from the Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University, and an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. Chaim is admitted to practice law in New York State and Israel.

Dirk van Ouwerkerk is the Senior Vice President of Storage Development at Soltage. Dirk has more than 20 years of experience across the energy value chain including in power trading, renewables, energy efficiency, and cleantech. Prior to joining Soltage, Dirk headed up the microgrids business for infrastructure developer Anbaric. Previously, Dirk had a successful career as strategy consultant for Corporate Value Associates in Paris and Monitor Group in Chicago. Dirk holds a degree in Civil and International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.​

​Jonathan Cole is the Senior Vice President - Head of Development at Soltage. Jon has over 20 years of experience in corporate transactions and has focused on the renewable energy industry for the last fifteen years. Jon has completed over $7 billion in financing transactions, and has worked on over 1 GW of constructed clean energy projects.

Prior to joining Soltage, Jon worked at Greenwood Energy as Managing Director and Senior Counsel, and has also worked for the law firms McCauley Lyman, Orrick and Jones Day. Jon earned his JD from New York University and a BA in Mathematics from Vassar College.

Paul is a licensed Master Electrician and NABCEP Certified solar installer. Elizabeth “Beth” McKeever is a General Counsel at Soltage and has over 15 years of legal and policy experience, specifically in the development, construction, and operation of commercial solar projects across the U.S. Prior to joining Soltage, she held roles as a policy analyst for the NJ BPU, a registered lobbyist, a private practice attorney, and in-house counsel for a solar EPC firm. Beth earned her JD from Cornell Law School and her BA in English/History from Bucknell University.
