Jesse Grossman is an established leader in the solar industry and has over 15 years of experience in project finance, emerging markets and renewable energy. In 2005, driven to transform the US energy economy through the rapid deployment of renewable assets, Jesse co-founded Soltage, an independent renewable power producer that develops, finances and operates distributed utility solar and solar-plus-storage project portfolios across the U.S. Jesse has served as Soltage’s Chairman and CEO since its founding, and has directed over $1B into solar asset investment through Soltage, which currently owns and manages a solar portfolio of over 400 MWs across 14 states.
Chief Financial Officer
Sripradha Ilango is the Chief Financial Officer at Soltage. Sripradha has over 20 years of experience in due diligence, negotiations, and managing energy investments across capital structure on a global basis, and has invested and managed over $6 Billion in growth capital and distressed investments across global energy, mining, power and water sectors. She received her MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen Goodbody is the Chief Operating Officer at Soltage. Steve has over 25 years of experience in managing complex and business-critical infrastructure projects in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, energy generation, and industrial gases and chemicals industries. Prior to Soltage, Steve worked for firms including Northrop Grumman, Johnson Controls and the BOC Group (now the Linde Group). Steve received a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University and is NABCEP certified and he has served as a technical consultant for the US Department of Energy.
Chief Technology Officer
Robin Gray is the Chief Technology Officer at Soltage. Robin has over 20 years of experience managing complex, engineering, design and construction, infrastructure projects in the renewables and utilities industries. Prior to Soltage, Robin developed over 400 MWh’s of energy storage assets encompassing a broad range of fully integrated storage and solar+storage technologies. Robin previously worked for firms including Convergent Energy+Power, Consolidated Edison of New York and Atkins Global. Robin received a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and has served as a technical interconnection Subject Matter Expert for the IEEE1547 Standards Working Group and the New York State Interconnection Technical Working Group.

Acacia Hernandez is a Manager of Development at Soltage with over 2 years’ experience in solar project management and has 10+ years in the administrative as well as in customer service fields. Prior to joining Soltage, Acacia helped develop and manage a residential, solar startup in Texas. Acacia earned a BA in Communication Studies at Texas State University.
Adwoa Adjare is an Asset Manager at Soltage. Adwoa has over four years of experience in the administrative, business and legal fields. Prior to joining Soltage, Adwoa worked as a legal assistant for attorneys within the fields of Bankruptcy, Family Law, Estate Planning, POAs, Wills & Trust and Real Estate. Adwoa earned a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University, and is a Licensed Notary Public for the State of New Jersey.

Alex Schild is a Director of Development for Soltage. Alex has close to a decade of renewable energy development and emerging-market strategy experience. He has led pipeline formations of over 1 GW in northeast retail markets as well as NYISO and PJM wholesale markets. Prior to joining Soltage, Alex worked at Novis Renewables and Cypress Creek Renewables leading market development efforts. Alex holds a Master of Science from University of Southern California in Geographic Information Science & Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with GIS emphasis from University of California – Santa Barbara.

Alfred Farella is a Director of Storage Development at Soltage. Fred has eight years of experience working in the power and utilities sector. Prior to joining Soltage, Fred worked at Con Edison where he specialized in electric distribution operations, holding engineering and field supervisory roles. Chaim Grushko is a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Soltage. Chaim has over 9 years of experience working in corporate finance, energy investments, and as a corporate attorney. Prior to joining Soltage, Chaim worked as an associate at Goldfarb Seligman & Co, where he represented global companies in cross-border M&A transactions across a diverse range of industries. Daniel Forero is a Vice President at Soltage. Daniel has over 7 years of experience in renewable energy finance and investing. Prior to joining Soltage, Daniel worked at ENGIE North America, where he helped raise $2B in capital from tax equity investors, lenders, and equity investors for a 2GW portfolio of renewable assets. He also worked at Calpine and First Solar where he structured and evaluated financing options for more than 3GW of renewable assets. Dirk van Ouwerkerk is the Senior Vice President of Storage Development at Soltage. Dirk has more than 15 years of experience across the energy value chain including in power trading, renewables, energy efficiency, and cleantech. Prior to joining Soltage, Dirk headed up the microgrids business for infrastructure developer Anbaric. Previously, Dirk had a successful career as strategy consultant for Corporate Value Associates in Paris and Monitor Group in Chicago. Dirk holds a degree in Civil and International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Dominic Lopez is a Project Manager at Soltage with over 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Soltage, Dominic developed and oversaw the installation of 75MW of utility-scale and commercial solar in 5 different states. Dominic holds a PMP certificate, as while as a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.

Evangelos Karambelas is the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Soltage. Evangelos has nearly a decade of experience developing and investing in renewable energy assets across North America and Europe. Prior to Soltage, Evangelos held positions at Middle River Power and Invenergy. Evangelos was a 2020 Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investment Analysis from Minnesota State University
Gabriel Goldberg is a Performance Analyst at Soltage. Gabriel is an Energy Manager In Training with the Association of Energy Engineers, and holds an M.Eng. in Materials Science and Engineering and a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering, both from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Soltage, Gabriel worked as an automation engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, and also completed internships in several areas of chemical engineering R&D.

Hallie Kennan is an Assistant Vice President at Soltage. Hallie has over 5 years of experience in clean energy policy and economics. Prior to joining Soltage, Hallie conducted policy analysis and managed communications at Energy Innovation. Hans Imhof is a Analyst at Soltage. Hans recently graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Public and International Affairs with a focus on Environmental Studies. Jonathan Cole is the Senior Vice President - Head of Development at Soltage. Jon has over 20 years of experience in corporate transactions and has focused on the renewable energy industry for the last fifteen years. Jon has completed over $7 billion in financing transactions, and has worked on over 1 GW of constructed clean energy projects.
Prior to joining Soltage, Jon worked at Greenwood Energy as Managing Director and Senior Counsel, and has also worked for the law firms McCauley Lyman, Orrick and Jones Day. Jon earned his JD from New York University and a BA in Mathematics from Vassar College.

Jonathan Roberts is a Vice President of Development for Soltage, where he leads project and business development for the Midwest Region United States. Jonathan has over 10 years of combined experience in the utility and solar energy industry and has personally worked on over 80MW of projects in 7 states and internationally, ranging from rooftop C&I, to utility scale solar photovoltaic systems. Prior to joining Soltage, Jonathan worked as Senior Project Manager at SoCore Energy, where he worked with a team to deploy solar capacity across North America, as well as other power generation projects worldwide. He currently serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Engineers Without Border Chicagoland Professional Chapter. Jonathan has a BS in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, an MBA from Iowa State University, and is NABCEP certified in Solar PV.

Justin Chon is a Portfolio Manager at Soltage. Justin recently graduated from Columbia University's MS in Sustainability Management with a focus on solar project finance. During his time at Columbia, he worked on solar development projects in NY and NJ, where he researched optimal financing mechanisms. Prior to graduate school, he worked as a Wealth Management Analyst and holds a BS in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
Lori Bilella is a Vice President for the Western Region at Soltage and is focused on expanding the company’s business operations in California. Lori has 12 years of experience in the solar energy industry and has worked on over 1.5 GW of projects globally ranging from residential, C&I, and large scale utility. Prior to joining Soltage, Lori led the independent engineering practice at Black & Veatch, where her team provided due diligence services for nearly 1/3 of the deployed solar capacity across North America, as well as other power generation projects worldwide. Stephanie has 10 years of solar industry experience spanning business development, policy, project finance and project development functions. She has worked on over 100MW of solar projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. In addition, she is a published author on environmental issues and has been a panelist and presenter at conferences across the country.

He has specialized in solar since 2006 and has designed and overseen the construction of multiple megawatts of solar energy systems across the US. Vidyu Kishor is a Vice President at Soltage. Vidyu has over 5 years of experience in renewable energy finance and investments. Prior to joining Soltage, Vidyu worked at the New York State Energy Research and Development Agency (NYSERDA) with the financial solutions team, where she developed strategies for launching a structured finance product in the energy efficiency market. Vidyu is admitted to practice law in India and has represented various infrastructure companies in litigation and arbitration cases. Yolainne Moran is the Vice President of Asset Management at Soltage. Prior to joining Soltage, Yolainne worked in the pharmaceuticals industry through an internship, where she engaged with clients on pharmaceutical reimbursement and with patients on financial assistance programs. Yolainne earned a BS in Energy, Business, and Finance as well as a minor in Mathematics recent graduate from Pennsylvania State University, where she was a Dean’s List scholar, involved in their chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success and held leadership positions within the Engineering Leadership Society.

Zachary Meyer is a Manager of Development for Soltage, where he focuses on policy analysis and business strategy for the company’s development efforts across the US. Prior to joining Soltage, Zach worked at Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, Inc. (RGGI, Inc.), which administers the CO2 cap-and-trade program amongst northeastern states. Zach earned his Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University, and his BA in Music and Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
