Jesse Grossman is an established leader in the solar industry and has over 15 years of experience in project finance, emerging markets and renewable energy. In 2005, driven to transform the US energy economy through the rapid deployment of renewable assets, Jesse co-founded Soltage, an independent renewable power producer that develops, finances and operates distributed utility solar and solar-plus-storage project portfolios across the U.S. Jesse has served as Soltage’s Chairman and CEO since its founding, and has directed over $1B into solar asset investment through Soltage, which currently owns and manages a solar portfolio of over 400 MWs across 14 states.


Sripradha Ilango
Chief Financial Officer
Sripradha Ilango is the Chief Financial Officer at Soltage. Sripradha has over 20 years of experience in due diligence, negotiations, and managing energy investments across capital structure on a global basis, and has invested and managed over $6 Billion in growth capital and distressed investments across global energy, mining, power and water sectors. She received her MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.


Robin Gray
Chief Technology Officer
Robin Gray is the Chief Technology Officer at Soltage. Robin has over 20 years of experience managing complex, engineering, design and construction, infrastructure projects in the renewables and utilities industries. Prior to Soltage, Robin developed over 400 MWh’s of energy storage assets encompassing a broad range of fully integrated storage and solar+storage technologies. Robin previously worked for firms including Convergent Energy+Power, Consolidated Edison of New York and Atkins Global. Robin received a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and has served as a technical interconnection Subject Matter Expert for the IEEE1547 Standards Working Group and the New York State Interconnection Technical Working Group.


Alex Schild
Director - Development
Alex Schild is a Director of Development for Soltage. Alex has close to a decade of renewable energy development and emerging-market strategy experience. He has led pipeline formations of over 1 GW in northeast retail markets as well as NYISO and PJM wholesale markets. Prior to joining Soltage, Alex worked at Novis Renewables and Cypress Creek Renewables leading market development efforts. Alex holds a Master of Science from University of Southern California in Geographic Information Science & Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with GIS emphasis from University of California – Santa Barbara.


Asher Talerman

Asher Talerman is the Associate of Investments at Soltage. Prior to Soltage, Asher worked on solar project development in the State of New York with Borrego Solar and collaborated with NYSERDA on changes to the VDER Community Solar Program. Asher holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.


Audrey Aberg

Audrey Aberg is an Analyst at Soltage. Audrey is a graduate from Bates College with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Politics. Audrey has previously conducted research on the Chinese renewable energy transition, worked as a legal intern at the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, and performed data collection on energy programs for the Consortium for Energy Efficiency.

Brandon Ball is the Director of Operations at Soltage. Prior to joining Soltage, Brandon worked in Operations and Maintenance of Commercial and Utility scale solar managing a portfolio of over 100 MW. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

She has previously conducted and published analytical research on renewable energy technology. Catherine Griffin is a Director of Investments at Soltage. Catherine has over ten years of experience in energy industry, beginning her career in power and gas and before transitioning to renewables. Prior to joining Soltage, Catherine worked at DSD Renewables and led the project valuations for M&A activity across various markets. Dirk van Ouwerkerk

Dirk van Ouwerkerk is the Senior Vice President of Storage Development at Soltage. Dirk has more than 20 years of experience across the energy value chain including in power trading, renewables, energy efficiency, and cleantech. Prior to joining Soltage, Dirk headed up the microgrids business for infrastructure developer Anbaric. Previously, Dirk had a successful career as strategy consultant for Corporate Value Associates in Paris and Monitor Group in Chicago. Dirk holds a degree in Civil and International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Jason Miller is a Director of Storage Development at Soltage. He has over 15 years of combined experience in the traditional construction industry and the renewable energy sector. Jason received his Master of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Jon Marco Sanchez is an Associate of Development at Soltage. Jon Marco graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus in Urban and Environmental Planning. During his time at UVA, Jon Marco and his team published a conservation case study on the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating Facility and has previously worked as a GIS data science intern.


Jonathan Cole

Jonathan Cole is the Senior Vice President - Head of Development at Soltage. Jon has over 20 years of experience in corporate transactions and has focused on the renewable energy industry for the last fifteen years. Jon has completed over $7 billion in financing transactions, and has worked on over 1 GW of constructed clean energy projects.
Prior to joining Soltage, Jon worked at Greenwood Energy as Managing Director and Senior Counsel, and has also worked for the law firms McCauley Lyman, Orrick and Jones Day. Jon earned his JD from New York University and a BA in Mathematics from Vassar College.


Jonathan Roberts

Jonathan Roberts is a Vice President of Development for Soltage, where he leads project and business development for the Midwest Region United States. Jonathan has over 15 years of combined experience in the utility and solar energy industry and has personally worked on over 80MW of projects in 7 states and internationally, ranging from rooftop C&I, to utility scale solar photovoltaic systems. Prior to joining Soltage, Jonathan worked as Senior Project Manager at SoCore Energy, where he worked with a team to deploy solar capacity across North America, as well as other power generation projects worldwide. He currently serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Engineers Without Border Chicagoland Professional Chapter. Jonathan has a BS in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, an MBA from Iowa State University, and is NABCEP certified in Solar PV.

Joy Crossman is a Director of Development at Soltage. She has nine years of experience working in solar and storage development. Prior to joining Soltage, Joy worked in project development and channel partnerships in the C&I sector. During her tenure she worked on, negotiated, and was awarded over 35MW of solar and storage projects across the United States. She has a BS in Parks and Recreation from Utah State University.

Lori Bilella is a Vice President for the Western Region at Soltage and is focused on expanding the company’s business operations in California. Lori has 12 years of experience in the solar energy industry and has worked on over 1.5 GW of projects globally ranging from residential, C&I, and large scale utility. Prior to joining Soltage, Lori led the independent engineering practice at Black & Veatch, where her team provided due diligence services for nearly 1/3 of the deployed solar capacity across North America, as well as other power generation projects worldwide. Lori has a dual BS in Mechanical Engineering and Science, Technology and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Penn State University, and is NABCEP certified in Solar PV.

Marc Miller is the Senior Vice President of Development at Soltage. Marc has over 35 years of combined business development, sales, marketing, procurement and R&D experience in both the energy and utility industries, during which he has originated, structured, and negotiated over $1.2 billion in energy contracts and projects. Marc has a BS in Geology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a BA in English (Cum Laude) from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In addition, he has achieved Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, published articles, and been a panelist and presenter at associations and conferences across the country.

Mihir Mehta

Mihir Mehta is a Senior Vice President at Soltage. Mihir has over 15 years of experience in principal investing and portfolio management. Prior to joining Soltage, Mihir worked at GE Energy Financial Services in Stamford, CT where he helped manage a $3Bln portfolio of project finance debt investments across thermal and renewable power projects. Prior to GE, Mihir worked at Liberty Mutual in Boston where he analyzed Equity and Debt investments across multiple sectors. He has also worked in public markets investing at a hedge fund and helped start a global investment management firm. Mihir holds an MBA in Finance from Yale University and a Bachelors in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.

Paul Zensky is a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Soltage with over 20 years of experience in the design, construction, repair and operation of solar power and electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities. Stephanie Sienkowski is the Director of Development at Soltage. Stephanie has 11 years of solar industry experience spanning business development, policy, project finance and project development functions. She has worked on over 100MW of solar projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. She earned her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and BA in economics from the University of Rochester. In addition, she is a published author on environmental issues and has been a panelist and presenter at conferences across the country.

Zachary Meyer

Zachary Meyer is a Manager of Development for Soltage, where he focuses on policy analysis and business strategy for the company’s development efforts across the US. Prior to joining Soltage, Zac worked at Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, Inc. (RGGI, Inc.), which administers the CO2 cap-and-trade program amongst northeastern states. Zac earned his Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University, and his BA in Music and Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
